Components of Siren 2007 notify the server that they are running every 30 seconds. The service status screen shows which components of Janusys Siren 2007 are currently running and which are inactive. If a required service fails to send a notification in two minutes then a system error is generated.

System errors should be cancelled after the problem that caused the error has been fixed. Details of errors that have been cancelled are recorded in the System Error History.

There are three steps to cancelling a system error:

1. Right click on the error that you wish to cancel. A popup menu of available actions will be displayed.
2. Click Cancel. A prompt will appear requesting confirmation of the cancellation.
3. Click Yes to confirm. The error will be cancelled and disappear from the system errors.
