Add a Directory Listing

The Add a Directory Listing screen provides the easiest way to add a new directory listing and contact information to your address book because it allows you to create a new directory listing, contacts and directory contacts from a single place.

You may associate an existing company, site and person in the listing or create new items. Contacts and directory contacts will be created automatically for every contact address entered. For instance, if you specify a telephone number and email address for a listing then two new contacts and directory contacts will be created.
