Moods

Moods are used to describe the sentiment of a person or site towards your company. For instance, you may describe a site as being a client, potential customer or requests no contact.

You may also use moods to indicate that an an entity should be contacted via an another site or person. In this situation you should use the comments field of the entity to indicate how the redirection should be handled.
