Requesting Support

General Enquiries. How may we be of assistance? Contact us to discuss any of our products or services.

General Support. Email requests for support will always be answered. Ongoing assistance may incur a fee or require a support contract.

Reporting Problems. Please report problems to your software distributor or email Janusys with descriptions of unexplained or intermittent features, errors and log messages.

Support Contracts. If you require ongoing phone and email support or on-site assistance then consider a support contract. Janusys is able to offer up to 3-tier 24-hour support upon request. Contracts are negotiated to suit individual requirements.

Assisted Installation and Setup. Contact your distributor or ask Janusys to pre-arrange email or phone support during installation, or for someone to come to your site and setup the software for you. Charges will apply.
