Alarms

Janusys Siren 2007 provides button alarms for instant alarm activation with the click of a button. Raising an alarm will send a pre-assigned message to a contact or group of contacts.

Alarm Details

Alarms have a name to identify them, specify a voice and/or text message, and nominate a receiver for the message from amongst contacts, groups and user accounts. Alarms may also be configured to periodically resend the alarm message a number of times or until the alarm is cancelled.

Voice Messages

Siren 2007 uses TAPI to play recorded voice messages to telephones and sound cards, and TAPI limits the kinds of voice message that will play to telephones. More information about voice messages is provided here.
